1
In a bowl, whisk eggs with buttermilk and hot sauce. Season with onion powder , garlic powder, paprika , cayenne , all purpose, and salt & pepper. Allow to marinate 1-2 hours.
2
Pour about ½ inch oil into a large skillet and heat over medium-high to about 350°F.
3
In one shallow bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, Sason, all purpose , salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
4
Coat each steak in seasoned flour.
5
Dip into egg mixture. Return to flour and press firmly to form a thick coating. Let rest 5 minutes so coating sticks.
6
Carefully place steaks in hot oil. Fry 3–4 minutes per side until deep golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a rack or paper towels.
7
Pour off all but ¼ cup drippings from the skillet. Whisk in ¼ cup flour and cook 1–2 minutes until lightly browned. Gradually whisk in broth.
8
Simmer, stirring, until thickened (3–5 minutes). Season generously onion powder , garlic powder, with salt and black pepper.
