35 g unsweetened cocoa powder (1/3 cup)

3 g baking powder (3/4 tsp)

Directions

Blend the apple into a smooth puree.

Add the egg, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a microwave safe mold.

Microwave on high for 3–4 minutes.

Let it rest for 1 minute before removing.
