1 lb ground meat of choice (i used turkey)

1 pack of coleslaw mixture

¼ cup coconut aminos

1 tbs fresh ginger

1 tbs fresh garlic

1 - 2 eggs (optional)

2 tbs Sriracha

sesame oil (for cooking)

rice (for serving)

For Topping:

1000 island dressing

green onions

sesame seeds
Directions

Brown the meat with a little sesame oil.

Add ginger + garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add coleslaw mixture, coconut aminos and sauté for a few minutes. Add little more aminos if mixture isn't well coated.

Make a well in the center and add in egg/s and scramble

Mix in Sriracha.

Serve by itself, over rice (or cauliflower rice).

Top with sauce, green onions & sesame seeds.
