1 small shallot, finely chopped

1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tbsp chili paste

½ cup dry white wine

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup pasta cooking water

¼ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

In a skillet add garlic butter and toss in snow crab and lobster. Season with Kinders, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper to taste. Sit aside

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shallot and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and begin to burst, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in the chili paste and smoked paprika, coating everything evenly.

Pour in white wine (if using) and let it reduce by half. Add heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes .

Add Parmesan, garlic powder , salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time if needed.

Add lobster, snow crab, and drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Add more pasta water as needed for a silky sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, and fresh herbs.
