Ingredients

3 skinless salmon filets

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup sweet Thai chili sauce

2 tbsp garlic herb butter

3 scoops chili oil

Parsley (for garnish)

1 tbsp all purpose seasoning

½ tbsp pepper

Directions

Start by cutting salmon into bite sized pieces. Once finished cutting, add into a large mixing bowl.

Season with seasonings listed above, add 1 TBSP olive oil and give a really good mix until well combined.

Heat a pan on a medium to high heat (about a 6 if you have the numbers on your stove).

Once pan has heated, add in olive oil. Be sure to wait and allow oil to heat for about 1/2 minutes. This is what will give you an immediate sizzle sound to create a great sear.

Add salmon in individually, try to add in pieces that are relatively the same size (to help with even cooking time).

Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes before flipping. If needed, flip to an additional side for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from pan and set aside, turn heat down to a medium low (3/4 on the knob).

Add in your butter, once melted, add in sweet Thai chili sauce, water, mix well & add in as much chili oil as you would like (this is the spicy component).

Allow to cook for 2 minutes before pouring over the top of your salmon bites. Add your parsley and enjoy.
