2 lbs (900g) lean ground turkey

24 oz (700g) frozen cut green beans

24 oz (700g) cooked microwaveable white rice

For the Sauce

⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce

2 tbs honey

1 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs rice vinegar

1 tbs cornstarch

2 tsp ginger paste

2 tsp garlic paste

½ tsp red chili flakes

For Garnish

green onions, finely chopped with white stalks and green tops separated

sesame seeds

olive oil for cooking
Directions

Heat a pan to medium-high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil, and sear the ground turkey until a crust develops.

While the ground turkey sears, heat the green beans and combine the sauce.

Flip the ground turkey over to get a crust on the other side, then ground up.

Add in green beans, white stalks of the green onion, and sauce; mix well and turn off heat when sauce thickens.

Prepare rice and build bowls.

Garnish with green tops and sesame seeds.
