Divide ground chicken into 6–8 portions.

Spread a thin layer onto each tortilla.

Press chicken side into crushed cornflakes.

Cook chicken side down 3–4 minutes until crispy.

Flip and cook tortilla side 1–2 minutes until golden.

Add everything to a pan, heat, whisk, and simmer 2–3 minutes until smooth.
