In a dry pan, char the jalapeños, tomatoes & onions for about 7 minutes.

Add in the garlic & chiles de arbol, sauté for another 2 minutes.

Add in the oil, salt & cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Add all contents to a blender container & add in the water. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a serving container & enjoy with chilaquiles, chips or any of your other favorite foods.
Chilaquiles

Cook up chorizo until well done, about 6-8 minutes. Save some chorizo to add on top later.

Once cooked, add in the salsa & let come to a low simmer.

To create chilaquiles, mix the tortilla chips in the salsa mixture right before plating.
