Cut up your meats and grind.

Combine and knead the meat thoroughly.

Combine sauces and seasonings and knead.

Place in a pan and press down to remove all air bubbles.

Place into a steamer with boiling water and steam in the oven at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
