For the Dough:

Add water, yeast, and sugar to a bowl of stand mixer. Add olive oil and flour in parts. Mix and add salt.

Knead or stand mix for 5-10 minutes.

Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

Shape by rolling on a table until tight ball then place in a covered container to rise for another 30 minutes or in the fridge overnight.

For the Blue Cheese Sauce:

Add all ingredients listed to a bowl and mix well.

For the Buffalo Sauce:

Add butter to a pan over medium heat and let melt. Add hot sauce and mix until homogenous.

For the Pizza:

Preheat oven to highest temperature ~500F and preheat pizza stone or steel if you have one for 45 minutes.

Debone wings or cut up chicken and cook. Sauce with buffalo sauce until coated well.

Dunk pizza dough in flour and roll out until fairly thin circle. Add semolina underneath to help it slide better.

Add buffalo sauce to bottom then cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes until golden.

Top pizza with buffalo sauce, wings or chicken chunks, and blue cheese sauce. Garnish with green onion, cut and ENJOY.
