1 ½ cups Long grain white rice by Minute

2 Chicken breast (cubed)

½ Red onion (diced)

1 Bell Peppers (diced)

398 ml (1 can) Pineapple chunks inc. juice

Sauce:

¾ cup Chicken broth

½ cup Soy sauce

¼ cup Brown sugar (unpacked)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Top with:

½ cup Green onion (chopped)
Directions

Preheat your oven to 425F

In a 9”x13” dish, add in your rice, chicken, onion, bell pepper, and pineapple. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, make your sauce and mix well.

Pour your sauce over your chicken and rice mix.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 50-60min or until cooked.

Top with green onions and enjoy!
