Brine the Wings – In a large bowl, mix water, salt, honey, peppercorns, garlic, and lemon juice. Drop in the squeezed lemons. Add wings and let sit for 2–3 hours in the fridge. Rinse and pat dry.

Season – Toss wings with olive oil and Badia lemon pepper seasoning.

Air Fry – Cook at 375°F for 25–35 minutes until crispy and golden.

Make the Sauce – In a cast iron pan over low heat, combine honey, Calabrian chili oil, chilies, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest, and butter. Stir until smooth and glossy.
