½ cup mayo or Greek yogurt

For the Seasoned Ground Chicken

Set pan on high heat and add oil.

Brown ground chicken and add spices; mix well.

For the Seasoned Potatoes

Wash and dry potatoes; cut into 1/2” cubes.

Add diced potatoes into a large bowl with oil and seasonings listed; mix well.

Air fry at 400F for 20 min until tender.

For the Vegetable Mix

Add diced veggies into a large bowl with oil and seasonings listed; mix well.

Sauté on high heat in a large pan until tender.
