Thinly slice cucumbers and red onions. Dice the avocado and chop the dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth. Add chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, avocado, red onion, flaked tuna, dill, and sesame seeds.
