1 ▪️ cup cooked rice (6.7 oz / 190g)

1 ▪️ tbsp extra virgin olive oil (0.5 fl oz / 15ml)

1 ▪️ tsp salt (0.17 oz / 5g)

3 ▪️ tbsp water (1.5 fl oz / 45ml)

▪️ Optional: sesame seeds for topping

Blend cooked rice with olive oil, water, and salt until you get a thick, smooth dough.

Spread the mixture onto parchment paper using a spatula or rolling pin until thin.

Use a round cutter or glass to shape the chips.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 15–17 minutes, until crispy.
