Blend cooked rice with olive oil, water, and salt until you get a thick, smooth dough.

Spread the mixture onto parchment paper using a spatula or rolling pin until thin.

Use a round cutter or glass to shape the chips.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
