2 sazon packets one for the chicken wings and one for rice like shown in video.

2 cups medium grain rice

2 cups and 1/4 cup water

Season chicken wings with one sazon packet, garlic paste.

Grab a large caldero or a deep large pan non stick is what I used, put heat to medium high and add a decent amount of oil than continue with adding chicken wings sear for 10 to 15 minutes.

Next remove wings into a bowl and remove some oil from pan but not all

Set heat to medium Add sofrito, roasted pepper, olives, tomato sauce, seasonings listed above, chicken wings, Habichuelas give this a good mix and sear for a minute.

Add water and taste test add salt to taste and mix.

Bring to a boil.

Add your washed rice and mix.

Once you notice the water about gone mix and cover for 25 to 30 minutes on low setting number 3 or simply till rice is fully cooked.

Remove lid and mix to finish.
