½ medium Green cabbage

¼ cup Olive oil

1 Yellow onion (diced)

8 cloves Garlic (minced)

2 tsp Italiano seasoning by Club House

1 tsp Chili flakes

3 oz Cream cheese

2 ½ cups Chicken broth

¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions

Cut your cabbage into 3 pieces leaving the core in.

Heat olive oil in an oven safe pan (12”) on med/high heat.

Sear each side of your cabbage until they have some color. Set aside.

In the same pan, on med heat, add onion, garlic, Italiano seasoning, and chili flakes.

Sauté until onions are soft.

Add cream cheese and combine.

Add chicken stock and parmesan cheese.

Simmer for 5min.

Add cabbage back and bake at 375F for 25-35min.

Top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
