For the Marry Me Sauce:

2 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup chopped Sun dried tomatoes

3 tbsp Tomato Paste

¼ tsp Oregano

¼ tsp Fresh or Dried Thyme

3 cup Chicken Stock

¼ cup Heavy cream

Directions

Beat the chicken breast so the thickness is more even from top to bottom. Salt and optionally place in the fridge to dry out.

Sear the chicken until brown and cooked through 165F internal.

Remove from the pan and add oil, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute.

Then add tomato paste, oregano, thyme, then mix and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add stock, mix and bring to a simmer. Let reduce by half then add cream.

¼ cup Heavy cream

Turn off heat and add butter and parm. Add more stock if too thick or reduce if too thin.

Salt and pepper to taste and add chicken back into the sauce.

Cook pasta then take some of sauce to coat the pasta.
