1 Rotisserie chicken

2 cups Jasmine rice (cooked/warm)

3 ½ tbsp Soy sauce

1 ½ tsp Sesame oil

1 ½ tbsp Spicy chili crisp

2 medium Green onions (chopped)

1 tbsp Rice seasoning by Noritamago Furikake

2 tbsp Mayonaise (kewpie)

1 ½ tbsp Sriracha
Directions

Take chicken out of container but do not drain juices.

Add warm rice to your chicken container or bag (Costco). Shake well.

Chop up chicken and add back into container.

Add in the rest of your seasonings with green onions and shake well.

Top with kewpie mayo and sriracha.

Serve with a side of roasted seaweed snacks and enjoy!
