½ Half a block of tofu

2 cloves garlic

2 small oranges

1 thumb piece of ginger

2 tbsp corn starch

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp agave syrup

Start by chopping your tofu into chunks. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Get the corn starch in the bowl and toss again to coat the tofu into that.

Heat up some oil in a pan over a medium heat and place your tofu in the pan and fry for 5/6 mins on all sides until golden and crispy.

Whilst they are cooking, mix together a tbsp corn starch with the soy sauce in a small bowl then grate in the garlic, ginger, orange zest, orange juice and agave syrup and whisk together.

Lower the heat on your tofu and pour in the marinade and stir until it coats the tofu. If it becomes too thick add a splash of water.

Serve up with sesame seeds and coriander and enjoy!!
