1 block tofu, pad dry and cubed

For the Sauce

1 cup orange juice

1 small ginger piece, grated

2 garlic cloves, grated

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp water
Directions

Mix the tofu cubes with salt, cornstarch & olive oil and add to an airfryer and fry at 200 C for 20 minutes; flipping halfway.

For the Sauce

Sauté the garlic & ginger in sesame oil for 30 seconds.

Add the sauce and let it cook down on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Turn the heat to low, add the tofu cubes and let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice, green onions & sesame seeds
