1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

¼ cup chopped celery

2 tbsp sliced scallions

1 Juice and zest of one lemon

⅓ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
Directions

Boil shrimp for about two minutes, then chill in ice water immediately.

To a bowl, add chopped celery, scallions, and remaining ingredients whisking together until smooth.

Fold in chilled shrimp and set in refrigerator for one hour before serving.

Keep shrimp salad refrigerated for up to three days.
