400 g red beans

2 tbsp tahini

½ Juice of half a lemon

Directions

Start by adding the carrots to a skillet or baking dish and toss in the oil and seasonings until coated. Roast in the oven for 20-25 mins at 200C.

Next add all the hummus ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Heath through your flatbread until warm, top it with the hummus and then the carrots. Finish with zaatar and fresh parsley and some chilli oil and enjoy!
