½ Cucumber (sliced)

10 sheets Sushi nori (8”x7”)

Tuna mix:

2 cans (180g ea) Flaked light tuna in water

2 Green onions (chopped)

3 tbsp Mayonaise (kewpie)

1 tbsp Sriracha

2 tsp Sesame oil

½ tbsp Rice vinegar

½ tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

½ tsp Black pepper

¼ cup Carrots (grated)
Directions

Start by draining your tuna and adding it to a bowl.

Add in the rest of your tuna ingredients and mix well.

Cut your nori down the middle of one side to center.

In quarter 1, add your cream cheese.

In quarter 2, add your tuna mix.

In quarter 3, add your sliced cucumber.

In quarter 4, add your rice.

Fold quarters until you form a square pocket.

Cut diagonally to form 2 triangles.

Serve with a side of soy sauce and chili oil (optional). Enjoy!
