500 g Ground pork

3 Green onion (finely chopped)

1 Medium carrot (grated)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp Sesame oil

½ tbsp Kotteri mirin by Kikkoman

2 tbsp Soy sauce

½ tsp White pepper

25 sheets Dumpling wrappers

2 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)

½ cup water (for steaming)
Directions

Prepare your dumpling filling in a bowl and mix well.

Make dumpling balls. About 1” in diameter.

In a 12” pan, heat up neutral oil on medium heat.

Add in pork balls. Cook for 1min.

Add on dumplings wrappers

Add water. Then cover and cook for 5-7min or until pork is cooked.

Top with soy sauce, chili oil, and green onions. Cheers!
