Directions

Prep onion and garlic.

3 cloves of Garlic

Boil salted water for your pasta. Cook until al dente.

For the Sauce:

Heat pan and add olive oil. Cook onion for 1-2 minutes until softened then add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add gochujang and mix.

1 - 2 tbsp Gochujang

Add cream and mix.

½ cup Heavy Cream

Add pasta and some pasta water. Mix very well. Add more pasta water if too thick or cook it more until sauce thickens.

Finish with butter and toss.
