1 tbsp roasted garlic paste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 tbsp ranch dressing

3 tbsp cup heavy cream

Shredded Parmesan (small handful)

Grated Parmesan (2–4 tbsp)

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter
Directions

In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic paste, lemon juice, and seasonings. Add the lamb chops making sure they are coated well. Let marinate for 30-60 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 450°F

In a skillet over medium-high heat, Add olive oil, then sear chops 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

In a bowl add ranch dressing, heavy cream, shredded Parmesan, grated Parmesan, and mozzarella.

In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, to taste.

Spoon the cheese mixture onto the top of each lamb chop. Then press the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.

Transfer chops to the oven and bake until they reach your preferred doneness.(Thicker chops take longer — start checking around 7–10 minutes.

Broil 1–2 minutes just until the topping is golden and crispy. Remove and let rest briefly.
