60 wonton wrappers
Directions

Put together pork mixture

Layer wonton wrappers and pork in ramekins (3.5” used in video).

Add 2 tbsps of water on top

Steam on med heat (covered) for 20min

Top with soy sauce, chili oil, and green onions
