2 Chicken breast (cut in half)

⅓ cup Butter (salted)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)

Sauce:

¼ cup Sweet red chilli sauce by Thai Kitchen

½ Lime (juiced)

½ tsp Lime zest

1 tsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Sesame oil

1 tsp Sriracha
Directions

Cut your chicken in half

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.

In a large pan, heat up some olive oil.

Cook for 4-5 min on each side on med/high heat.

Lower heat to med/low and melt butter and add minced garlic. Let garlic infuse (1min)

Spoon butter over chicken for 1min.

Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using) until well combined.

Serve chicken over a bed of jasmine rice and top with pan drippings and sweet chili lime sauce.
