1 Avocado (sliced)

1 tsp Rice seasoning by Noritamago Furikake

Salmon mix:

100 g Salmon sashimi

¼ cup Carrots (grated)

¼ cup Cucumber (chopped)

½ cup Green onion (chopped)

2 ½ tbsp Mayonaise (kewpie)

1 tbsp Rice vinegar

1 ½ tbsp Sriracha

½ tbsp Honey

½ tbsp Sesame oil

Rice mix:

1 ¾ cups jasmine rice (cooked)

1 Egg

1 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions

Start by making your salmon topping using the ingredients listed.

Mix well and set aside.

Make your rice mixture using cold cooked jasmine rice, egg, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Preheat your 6 1/2” waffle maker and spray with cooking oil.

Add your rice mixture to your waffle maker and press until finished.

PAN METHOD - On medium/high, heat up a little cooking oil and lay down your rice mixture. Cook for 3-4min on each side until egg is cooked all the way through and the rice is slightly crispy.

Top waffle with avocado, salmon topping, and furikake. Enjoy!
