3 - 4 Mini peppers, sliced and cored

½ cup Cottage cheese

Everything but the bagel seasoning, to taste.

Directions

Thoroughly wash your mini peppers, cut them in half and core the insides.

Add in about 1-2 tbs of cottage cheese

Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning to taste.
