3 cups Goya medium grain rice

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 sazon packet

1 oz tomato sauce
Directions

Grab the pot and set heat to medium high

Add achiote oil and let get hot a bit

add in cubed jamonilla and cook for 5 minutes.

Set heat to medium add sofrito, garlic paste, tomato sauce, olives, beans, seasonings mix and cook for 3 or 2 minutes.

add beer and water, mix. Bring to a boil.

add wash rice and mix.

cook till water about gone and mix, cover for 25 minutes on low setting 3.

Turn heat off and uncover, mix.

Recover for 5 minutes before serving.
