Sweet Potatoes (start these first since they take the longest):

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp each: salt, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder

Ground Beef:

1 tsp olive oil

1 lb ground beef (I use organic 80/20)

½ tsp salt and pepper

Broccoli:

1 bag broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the cubed sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with spices. Toss well and bake for about 25 minutes, until soft and tender.

Place the broccoli in an air fryer basket, drizzle with olive oil, and season with spices. Toss and cook at 350°F for about 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, then the ground beef. Break it up and cook until browned. Stir in the spices and cook through.

Build your plate with the sweet potatoes, beef, and broccoli. Top the broccoli with fresh Parmesan and drizzle honey over everything (don’t skip this part, it really brings the dish together!).
