1 lb Lean ground beef

5 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tsp Ginger (minced)

½ Onion (diced)

1 tbsp Curry powder

1 tbsp Red chili flakes

1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 cup Beef broth

½ cup Green onion (chopped)

1 cup Peas

Start by heating up some oil in a pan.

Once your oil is hot add in your white onion, green onions (whites), garlic, and ginger. Cook on medium heat until fragrant.

Turn your heat to med/high.

Add in your ground beef and season with salt and black pepper. Cook all the way through and drain.

Turn your heat to medium and season with paprika, cumin, curry powder, tumeric, chili flakes, beef stock, peas, and green onions (greens).

Mix and let your beef stock reduce.

Serve over a bed of basmati rice. Top with cilantro and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
