2 tbsp Rice vinegar

Directions

Start by prepping all of your veggies and chicken.

Make your sauce. Mix and set aside.

Add all of your veggies and chicken to a salad bowl.

Pour on your desired amount of sauce.

Mix well and top with sesame seeds and peanuts.

Serve with rice crackers or seaweed
