1 tbsp Brown sugar

2 cups Baby bok choy

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F

Add your ingredients to a 9x9 oven safe dish

Spoon a little of the mixture to the top of your dumplings.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 375F for 20min

Remove foil and bake for another 5-10min

Top with chili oil, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and serve with lime wedges
