1 tbsp Olive oil

1 lb Ground beef (lean)

1 lb Ground pork (lean)

1 dash Black pepper

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

¼ cup Soy sauce

¼ cup Hoisin cooking & dipping sauce by Western Family

2 tbsp Maple syrup

1 cup Beef broth

2 tsp Chili flakes

400 g Linguine pasta

2 ½ cups Fire roasted vegetable primavera by Puravida

Slurry:

2 tbsp Cornstarch

2 tbsp Water
Directions

Start by heating up olive oil in a deep pan on med/high.

Add beef/pork. Lightly season with salt/pepper, add garlic and cook until almost done.

Drain and set aside.

In the same pan, add in your frozen veggies of choice and cook until soft.

Add back in beef/pork mix.

Add in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, maple syrup, beef broth, and chili flakes.

Stir and bring to a simmer

Add in cornstarch slurry (cornstarch/water) and let sauce thicken up

Add in cooked pasta and mix.
