Ingredients

100 g Immitation crab (chopped)

30 Cooked shrimp (chopped)

2 stalks Celery (chopped)

⅓ cup Green onion (chopped)

1 Cucumber (chopped)

2 Carrots (grated)

½ Red onion (diced)

¼ cup Mayonaise (kewpie)

2 tbsp Sriracha

1 dash Salt

1 dash Black pepper

1 tbsp Sesame oil

½ lemon (juiced)

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

Prepare all of your vegetables and seafood.

Add them to a serving bowl.

Add in your mayo, sriracha, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and lemon juice.

Mix well and top with sesame seeds.

Serve with a side of roasted seaweed snacks and chili crisp.
