Notes

Benefits for PCOS: • Grass-fed ground beef is a rich source of high-quality protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins (especially B12 and B6), which support hormone production, energy metabolism, and ovulation. Grass-fed versions also contain more omega-3s and CLA, which are anti-inflammatory. • Cauliflower rice is low in carbs but high in fiber, vitamin C, and compounds like sulforaphane that support detoxification and reduce estrogen dominance. • Spinach provides magnesium, folate, and iron—all key for regulating cycles, calming PMS symptoms, and supporting mood and energy. • Coconut aminos is a soy-free, lower-sodium alternative to soy sauce. It adds flavor without blood sugar–disrupting additives or excess sodium. • Garlic powder contains sulfur compounds that may enhance detoxification and help regulate blood sugar and inflammation.
