½ cup Light mayonnaise by Hellmann's

¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt

1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Wholegrain mustard

1 clove Garlic (minced)

3 Green onions (chopped)

1 Cucumber (finely diced)

½ Red onion (finely diced)

¼ cup Baby dill (finely chopped)

1 dash Black pepper

½ lemon (juiced)
Directions

Preheat over to 400F

Bake Taters for 10min.

Remove and smash using the bottom of a glass.

Add Taters back into the oven and bake until crispy.

Remove from oven and lightly salt. Let cool while preparing your salad.

Combine the remainder of your salad ingredients and mix well.

Add in your Taters and enjoy!
