1 onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 pack vegan mince of choice

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp pul biber

1 tbsp ground cumin

1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

2 tbsp Turkish pepper paste

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 vegetable bouillon cube

250 g green beans, trimmed (French beans)

3 tbsp olive oil
Directions

Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft and slightly golden

Add the vegan mince and fry until nicely golden and broken up

Add the powdered spices, pomegranate molasses, and pepper paste, and fry well to cook out the paste

Add the canned tomatoes and the vegetable bouillon cube, then fill the tomato can with water and add it to the pan

Add the green beans and cook gently for about 20 minutes until the beans are tender
