Cook the Bacon: In a frying pan, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy.

Melt the Cheese: Once the bacon is crispy, place two slices of cheddar cheese over the bacon, letting it melt completely.

Cook the Egg: Create a small space in the center of the bacon and add the egg. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny (or cooked to your preference).

Season: Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle chopped spring onions over the egg.
