¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 tbs Dijon mustard

½ juice of half a lemon

Directions

For the Seasoned Ground Turkey

Heat large pan to medium-high heat and add oil.

Add turkey and sear until crust develops.

Break turkey apart and add seasonings.

Mix well and remove from heat.

For the Seasoned Quinoa

Add quinoa, broth, and bay leaves into rice cooker or pot; cover and cook until fluffy.

Mix in oil and seasonings.

For the Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Remove stem from sprouts and cut in half.

Add to large bowl; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.

Air fry at 400F for 10-15 min until crispy.

For the Lemon Tahini Sauce

Mix sauce together in a small bowl until smooth.
