2 lbs Lean ground beef

4 Green onion (chopped and separated)

Sauce:

¼ cup Beef broth

¼ cup Soy sauce

2 tbsp Brown sugar

½ tbsp Sesame oil

1 tsp Chili flakes
Directions

Start by preparing your sauce using the listed ingredients and set aside.

Prepare your garlic, ginger, and green onions (separating the white/greens)

Heat up 2 tbsps sesame oil in a pan on medium/high.

Add in your green onions (whites), garlic and ginger. Cook for 2min.

Add in your beef and cook all the way through. Drain fat.

Back on the heat, pour in your sauce and let simmer of medium heat for 2-3min or until sauce thickens.

Serve over a bed of jasmine rice, carrots, and cucumbers.

Top with green onions (greens), chili crisp, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
