For the Garlic-Butter Shrimp

Melt the butter in a foil or oven-safe pan. Add garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let the flavors infuse, then gently cook the shrimp until pink and tender.

For the Spicy Ramen

Boil noodles according to package directions. Save ¼ cup of the starchy water before draining.

Make the Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together Buldak sauce, seasoning packets, mayo, garlic, and egg yolks. Slowly add reserved noodle water to create a creamy, silky sauce.

Toss the Noodles

Mix noodles with the sauce until fully coated. Add a drizzle of chili oil for extra heat.
