Hey guys! My name is Matt, and I was born in Baltimore and raised by Filipino parents. I am a medical doctor specializing in family and lifestyle medicine with a passion for food, fitness, and community! I started a meal prep company before medical school and served over 100+ clients, from friends to professional athletes. While I enjoyed doing that, my true food passion comes out when I’m at home cooking for fun! It’s all about surrounding yourself with a good vibe and creating a fun environment. I love improving my kitchen technique and logistics, learning new styles and flavors from other countries, and becoming more creative and efficient. I also get inspiration from my wife and sous chef Rachel, and we're learning how to balance it all with a newborn as well.
